What we collect
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, sign-ups or comment forms. We do not ask for or store your name, email address or payment details.
Server logs
Like every website, our web server records standard technical logs for each request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser user agent and referring page. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and they are deleted on a rolling basis (normally within 30 days). We do not combine them with other data or use them to identify you.
Third-party requests
All fonts, images, styles and scripts are served from our own server. The page does not load content from Google Fonts, analytics providers or social networks.
Cloudflare
Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, a content delivery and security network. To protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare may process your IP address and set strictly necessary security cookies (for example __cf_bm). It also hides our contact email from spam bots. Amazon affiliate links
When you click a link to Amazon, you leave our site. Amazon may set cookies to attribute your purchase to us as an Amazon Associate; that processing is covered by Amazon's privacy notice, not this policy.
Search engine tools
We use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to see aggregated search performance (for example, how often a page appears in results). These tools do not run on our pages and do not give us information about individual visitors.
Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)
Because we do not keep personal profiles, there is usually nothing to access, correct or delete beyond short-lived server logs. You can still ask what we hold, request deletion, or object to processing by emailing [email protected]. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
Children
This site is intended for adult pet owners and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
